Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Fluidmapper RPT-AI measurement services and quotations.
Scope of Work
Services include RPT-AI experimental measurements and analysis based on client-provided reactor geometry, operating conditions, and process information as defined in the quotation.
Client Inputs
The client must provide required CAD files (STEP, STL or compatible format), operating conditions, operating fluid properties (density, viscosity) and relevant process data prior to project initiation. Delays in providing required inputs may affect project timelines.
Client-Supplied Geometry
If the client elects to provide the physical geometry, the final delivery date will depend on the date of receipt of the geometry. All shipping, insurance, and return transportation costs are the responsibility of the client.
Order Confirmation
Work will begin upon written confirmation of the quotation or receipt of payment.
Delivery Schedule
Expected delivery dates will be issued after reception of payment as project scheduling depends on geometry fabrication, tracer preparation/activation, and laboratory scheduling.
Payment Terms
Payment must be completed online through the provided payment link prior to commencement of work. Once payment is received, the project will be placed in the execution queue and scheduling will begin.
Experimental Nature
RPT-AI measurements are experimental in nature. Reasonable adjustments to the experimental protocol may be made to ensure optimal data quality.
Changes to Scope
Modifications to geometry, operating conditions, or requested analyses after project initiation may require a revised quotation and schedule.
Intellectual Property
RPT-AI experimental methods, software, and analytical tools remain the intellectual property of the service provider. Clients retain ownership of their reactor designs and process data. The client grants Fluidmapper access and use of the data generated anonymously for research and optimization purposes.
Confidentiality
All client information, geometry files, and experimental data will be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
The service provider’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the quotation.
Quotation Validity
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Test Feasibility
If the provided geometry, materials, or operating conditions are found to be incompatible with the RPT-AI experimental setup or safety requirements, Fluidmapper reserves the right to propose modifications to the experimental plan or decline execution of the experiment. In such cases, any work already performed will remain billable.
Data Delivery
Experimental datasets and analysis results will be delivered electronically in standard digital formats. Raw experimental data remains the property of Fluidmapper unless otherwise agreed.
Additional Work
The quotation is based on the information provided by the client at the time of preparation. If additional work becomes necessary due to changes in operating conditions, geometry modifications, additional analyses, or unforeseen experimental complexity, Fluidmapper reserves the right to issue a revised quotation.
